Approx 250 yards of Upper Ouse fishing, following on from Bradwell lake downstream to a large concrete block (originally a bridge support) which marks the end of the fishery. Much of this stretch is slow and deep. Access (pedestrian only) to this stretch is via the Stanton Lo car park – between the canal and Asda just past Bradwell lake on the Newport road – then follow canal towpath around to where it nears the river. This stretch has produced good perch, pike, roach, dace, bream and chub.
